Delivery Summary
On UK mainland orders over £100 ex VAT
Order before 4:30pm Monday to Thursday
Charged at £6.00 + VAT
Fixed rate of £25 with delivery in 3–5 working days
Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland)
Toolsaver offers free next working day delivery on UK mainland orders over £100 ex VAT.
Orders placed before 4:30pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
Orders placed after the cut-off, or on Friday after 4:30pm, Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders under £100 ex VAT are subject to a £6.00 + VAT delivery charge.
- Next working day delivery applies to parcels up to 20kg
- Multiple parcel shipments and pallet deliveries may require additional time
Scottish Offshore Deliveries
A fixed delivery charge of £25 applies to the following postcodes:
HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
Delivery to these areas typically takes 3–5 working days.
Order Dispatch & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
If there are any issues, our team will contact you directly by email or telephone.
Delivery Guidelines
- If packaging is damaged, sign as “damaged”
- If unable to check goods, sign as “unchecked”
This helps us raise any necessary claims with our delivery partners.
