Returns Policy Overview

Toolsaver operates as a UK B2B wholesaler, supplying trade customers only. Returns are handled in line with business-to-business supply terms.

We offer a 14-day returns window, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged in transit or faulty on arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) affected
  • Details of the issue

We may request photos to support your claim. Once reviewed, we will advise on the next steps, including replacement, return, collection or credit.

Standard Returns (Unwanted Items)

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods meet the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase available

Returns must be authorised before being sent back. The customer may be responsible for return carriage costs, and a restocking charge may apply.
