Bond It Flash-Mate is a high performance, low modulus neutral cure silicone sealant engineered for roofing applications. It cures into a tough, resilient rubber that effectively seals joints, prevents tile lift, and stops ingress of weather, noise, and water. Compatible with a wide range of materials including metals (especially lead), glass, GRP, concrete, plastics, and painted surfaces, it is suitable for both interior and exterior use on roofs, flashing, gutters, and glazing. Supplied in 285ml cartridges, boxed in sets of 25.
