TYGRIS R221 Weld Spatter Release SB is a high-performance solvent-based anti-spatter spray formulated to prevent the adhesion of weld spatter to welding equipment and workpieces. Its special non-silicone formulation allows use on components that require subsequent finishing processes such as painting, coating or plating. Suitable for application to nozzles, shrouds, jigs, fixtures, tools and workpieces, it promotes free gas flow during inert gas welding and helps maintain cleaner welding equipment. The rapid-drying formula leaves a thin protective film that prevents spatter build-up without gumming up under heat, improving productivity and reducing post-weld cleaning time. Supplied as a box of 12 x 300ml aerosol cans.
