TYGRIS T500 Metal Working Paste is a high-performance soft machining paste formulated to improve tool performance and machining accuracy when working with both hard and soft metals. Reinforced with molybdenum disulphide and extreme pressure additives, it provides exceptional film strength and anti-weld properties to reduce tool wear, minimise heat build-up and improve surface finish quality. Suitable for demanding machining operations including cutting, tapping, drilling, reaming, drawing, pressing, extruding and forming, T500 is particularly effective on stainless steel, titanium and light alloys. The advanced formulation helps extend tool life while improving dimensional accuracy and machining efficiency. Supplied as a box of 12 x 450g tins.
