Bond It WP70 Low Modulus Neutral Cure (LMN) Silicone in Translucent is a professional-grade, oxime-cure silicone specifically formulated for perimeter sealing around external door and window frames. It provides long-lasting flexibility, strong adhesion, and is compatible with a wide range of building materials including uPVC, aluminium, wood, concrete, and mortar. Designed for exterior use, WP70 is UV-stable, weather-resistant, and contains a fungicide for added mould resistance. Supplied in a trade pack of 25 x 285ml cartridges.
