Description:

Everbuild Fire Mate is a premium intumescent acrylic sealant designed to prevent the passage of fire and smoke for up to 4 hours in properly prepared joints. When exposed to temperatures above 125 °C, the sealant swells by more than 150% of its original volume, creating a heat-resistant char that helps maintain the integrity of fire-rated structures. Ideal for sealing joints, voids, and service penetrations, Fire Mate also offers excellent acoustic insulation properties and is certified to EN and BS standards for use in internal fire protection applications.
