TYGRIS R214 Cutting & Tapping Fluid is a high-performance, ready-to-use machining lubricant formulated to improve tool performance, extend tool life and enhance machining quality. Designed for cutting, tapping, reaming and turning operations, the advanced formula contains extreme pressure additives that help prevent pitting, galling and metal seizure when working with difficult materials. Suitable for use on stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, tool steel and other metals, the fluid reduces heat build-up during machining while improving surface finish and cutting efficiency. The high-pressure foaming discharge aids penetration into the cutting zone, ensuring effective lubrication and protection. Supplied as a box of 12 x 400ml aerosol cans.
